A dedicated on-call number is available 24/7 for any issues that may arise anytime of the day. Including an escalation procedure in place to ensure your phone call will be answered as quickly as possible.
Most of our customers whom have a service contract with us like to have a Preventative Maintenance Site Visit at least once per year to help ensure that their site is up to the highest standards it can be. During such visits, we incorporate functionality tests and equipment routine maintenance.
Our on-site healthcare (PM visit) is based on attendance at site during normal working hours by an engineer to check the following:
->Overall system health check, panel check for seals & transit block status
->Communication netwoks analysed
->I/O BUS communications analysed
->Ethernet communications checked
->Server/Client SCADA applications backup
->PLC batteries replaced annually (where applicable)
->Power supply units checked
->Mechanical check of breakers & panels
->Electrical check of UPS's
->Back-up archive of the system software
->Remote access interface status check (if installed)
->Fault log book for operators
->Back-ups held on server with client access 24/7 (secure website)
->Clean & tidy panels, clean & maintain PC's/ Servers for dust inside coolong fans
